    • Please note once the digital template file has been downloaded you will not be eligble for a refund due to the nature of the product.
    • Refunds are only available in the following circumstances:
      • The digital product was not delivered as promised (e.g., incorrect file or incomplete delivery).
      • There are technical issues with the file that cannot be resolved after reasonable attempts.
      • Please send screenshots of the issue experienced.ย 
  2. Non-Refundable Situations

    • Refunds will not be granted for the following:
      • Change of mind after purchase.
      • Failure to download the product within the specified timeframe.
      • Incorrect product selection by the customer.
      • Customized or personalized digital collages that have been approved and delivered.
  3. Resolution Process

    • If you encounter an issue with your purchase, please contact us at support@collagaroo.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Include your order details and a description of the issue.
    • We will review your request and, if eligible, provide a resolution, which may include a corrected file or refund.
  4. Revisions for Custom Collages

    • For custom-designed collages, we offer revisions to ensure you are satisfied with the final design.ย 
  5. Technical Assistance

    • If you experience technical difficulties accessing or using the files, we are happy to assist. Please contact us for support before requesting a refund.
